PBS, the primary artist behind the big mural going up above, is/was pissed off about the perceived negative energy around the free wall lately. Negative energy being people disrespecting each other's art and writing some pretty hateful things (e.g. the sticker heart above was crossed out with a "fuck off hippy" attached). So his solution was to roll the entire wall and write that he's never going to paint it again.
I am also bummed about the energy.
