Whilst being Mr. Asshat, I got to explore the functionality of the TOR plugin for FireFox. This is software that routes your browsing through other servers, masking your IP address. It is kinda slow, but is an interesting plugin and worth looking at for those interested in privacy issues. I also used MyWebsiteCloak as well, which was faster. I hadn't even delved into the deeper darker world of more complex IP masking and changing, but am inspired to do so now! I would encourage anyone interested in privacy issues to look at some of this stuff.

And hashed a few things out. I apologized, vice versa, all is settled. I clearly was not on the same page with him, nor he with me on some issues. I should apologize for being a dick on this board. As I mentioned to Rick I often walk around openly carrying an gun, and my attitude when doing so is of a high caliber (pun intended) and I make an extra attempt to avoid conflict and be polite. I need to carry that attitude over here, and should have earlier. I also figured out how OlyBlog is different from any other online forum, and that it takes a different mindset to properly operate here. Which I shall work on. ARRRAAGGHH still getting the access denied gremlin, so may not be responding to anyone tonight... Is there a name for this beast? :-) How about Fred? Then we could just say "Fred is acting up"

I think we've got something close to a finished product, but we need more eyeballs. Please go take a look and give some feedback. Is it ready for prime time? You'll need to create an account with wetpaint in order to edit the wiki. Use the comments on this thread to discuss changes.

I've activated the tagging function on the blog, so that all content can be defined by individual users according to the topic. Just input the tags that you think describe the post, and thus the content will begin to organize itself into useful categories. If anyone's interested, Dave Weinberger's new book, Everything is Miscellaneous, is pretty cool.
