The Olympia School Board meets tomorrow Tuesday June 26. One of the items they will consider is cutting the Lincoln Options/Marshall Alternative Program cross town bus. Follow this link for contact info for School Board members. Why keep the bus? 1. It's safer than having kids walking, cycling or riding with parents. More vehicles on the road, more chances for mishap. 2. It's cost effective. 3. Fewer vehicles on the road = less pollution and global warming. Please take the time to call (yes those are their home phones) and/or e-mail before tomorrow's meeting. then show up to the meeting if you have the time and gumption.
