instead of killing the poor by inches as is the case now, maybe the government could set up suicide stations so every one who is not (in their terms) a productive member of society or people who are just tired of the rat race could just check out and we wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. i am sure meryne would like this as people would not be sitting in doorways making him nervous they  could just go to the suicide shack and end their worthless lives once and for all. the final solution to solve all the worlds problems. then everyone left could calmly go about there lives in a nice homogenized starbucks dream. fuck food banks just make cyanide free and easy. and if a group of people don't want to take this option we would just have a roving zero emission trucks running around to gas them to there peace full slumber, in the endless sleep of death.i  think it was thomas moore who wrote a "modest proposal" about raising starving Irish kids as a food crop. hell people might have reservations about eating human but we could make them into dog food and put pedigree out of business. or the ship of fools idea in the 1700's just put all the crazy's out in leaky boats to sink or swim as it may be. state hospitals in the even till the  1920'S about had mortality rates of 10 to 20 percent  a year !!! looking back i think these were death camps in a literal sense put the crazy's and drunks and old or  developmentally disabled in these places and sooner more so than later these people sucomed to death and everyone was happy. same in Victorian england baby farming where the unwanted children were farmed out to houses to die, problem solved. eugenics has a long and storied history in our past,  forced sterilization of "defectives" even up to the 1960's Tuskegee university v.d. experiments withholding treatment to see the results of end stage syphilis. fuck it if you don't want us around grow some balls and kill us. because frankly i am tired of dying by inches because society doesn't place any value or worth in my existence. dogs are treated better than the poor are  in this country and even they have gas chambers for the unwanted dogs and cats. so ultimatum: let us be a part of community, help us in our time of need, or just kill us!!!!

maybe the government could

maybe the government could set up suicide stations

This doesn't fall under the category of protecting against "force and coercion." Thus, it should not be the responsibility of the state to help people kill themselves and would be a waste of the taxpayer dollar.

or people who are just tired of the rat race could just check out

This is the decision of each individual. I think people should have every right to terminate their own life, if they decide that is the best decision for them.

fuck it if you don't want us around grow some balls and kill us.

It has nothing to do with "if you don't want us around." Also, I never once said the state should be in the business of exterminating people simply because they are a burden on the budget. I only went so far as to state sterilization should be an option; there is a difference between this and homicide.

The idea was only brought forth under the scenario that the United States was a welfare state similar to Germany and England, in which case it would be pointless to fight for individual liberties (since the state "knowing best" and "providing best" would be the philosophy which won out) and would be more pragmatic to seek to keep the budget to a minimum.

let us be a part of community, help us in our time of need

I hardly have the time (which is the most important donation) to give to private organizations. Instead, I choose to give in other ways, such as blood plasma (although I am compensated a minor fee for this) and monetary donations to private charities (including sponsoring a child in Africa with a legitimate organization and the Make-a-Wish Foundation). I try not bring this stuff up because I think people who point to themselves and say, "Look at all of the good work I've done" are simply in it for themselves.

My gripe is with a middle man using force to take.

My gripe is with a middle man using force to take.

is that like the pivot man in a circle jerk using a knife to get his way?
really what does that statement mean?
middle man? force? take? how does this apply?
 to the post?
there now you got some real questions to respond to. and i really want to know, how does this fit in to my post?

Bleh

I thought you were bringing the movie up as a part of what I said in another thread, hence the reason I rambled like a crack-head with a microphone.

Soylent Green is people

I watched Soylent Green again recently with a friend, well worth seeing.

This theme reminds me also of what were called "useless eaters".

useless eaters

hitler first killed the mentally ill and the developmentally disabled way before he started killing the jews, gays and the Jehovah's witnesses i think but am not sure that zyclon b gas was used in the later days. but the first ones it was just a little shot and you never woke up. then the government sent your family a nice little letter saying you died. horendous

Yeah

It is horrendous and we all need to make sure that this history is passed on and not forgotten.

Hey, welcome to OlyBlog!
»

thank you

i just read the link the useless eaters and i consider it a very good article. i know the history but that essay put it all together. and its right on the same page as i feel is happening today. just to a lesser degree. notice how he points out  economic and class varibles along withe precieved antisocial behavior and acting out and looking diffrent as reasons for extermination. innattention was the first step before they started gasssing them they just stopped caring for them and both led t the same thing death

his quote, fire inside not mine^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

this is my post and you cant just pick and chose parts of it to pick apart for your own personal jollies.

read my post in its entirety and the thing im trying to say that society is killing the poor slowly but in no way does that mitigate the fact that it is a real thing. historicly speaking this has been the case for centuries. this is not written in regards to any thing you  said  so i dont under stand why you are so gung ho about it maybe people dont want to hear the truth about it just close your eyes and click your heels togrther and say theres no place like home. all will be better when this all goes away. hide the poor in nice little jails and warhouses and let them out to work at labor ready a few days a week just so they can get slighty by.

what ever my forte is verbal and i type 2 fingered i responded to this with a real good argument but it disapeared twice so far lost somewhere i dont know how to restore, im not good at this computer crap. whatever dont try to  fit my blog to your arguement . my post is how historically the poor the crazy  the developementally disabled have been horifically oppresed all through history. in quaker vilages poor people were warned out of town facing arrest if they tarried to long in the village. eugenics dont jerk us arround  kill us. simple end statement. id rather the hachett be sure and swift than hanging over my head for years

make room! make room!

i think thats the title of the story its based on by harry harrison  the story is good to. the n.r.a. guy plays the lead role and i think it has the first video game ive ever seen in movies. along with some serious sexist  content (women are furniture in rich peoples apts) it has a real point about over population and the  inhumanity of life that is overwhelming in its scope
