Spock looks positively

Spock looks positively bad-ass (read: "don't f**k with me") in that helmet. There's just something cold and calculating in those eyes that are a little more than chilling...creepy. That was a psycho episode. I don't remember too much about it, though. It's been I don't know how many years since I've seen it.

It's pretty bad when Spock

It's pretty bad when Spock looks way more snazzy as a nazi than "real" nazis!

The clothes makes the man

Most movie actors have the same response when asked what it is like to wear a Nazi uniform.  They all answer about the same way, the uniform is a powerful symbol and they feel them selves change when they put on the uniform for the movie.  There is something about the look that is so unique and evil that can produce this dramatic impact.

"I would make it impossible for the covetous and avaricious to utterly impoverish the poor. The rich can take care of themselves."

It's strange you mention that.

That's the same feeling I got in toys r' us when putting on the Darth Vader mask/voice changer.

If I recall correctly, this

If I recall correctly, this episode was in the third season of the Original Series when their budget had been severely cut back. The season was marked by lots of episodes using existing hollywood sets and costumes such as the nazis, the gangster episode and otherwise sets that were limited to the [space] ship. Not that I know about this sort of thing or anything...Anyways, the greatest irony is both William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy are Jewish [playing nazis]. It's the same thing the NSM is doing with their prancing around in the outfits -- the clothing makes the man, even when little boys like the NSM are in them. Nimoy [Spock] won an Emmy for his portrayal of a Auschwitz survivor who sued the nazis, won and got the Holocaust established as an fact in american jurisprudence. Not that I know about his career or anything...anyways...

Never Forget

I haven't seen that Nimoy movie yet, Never Forget , doesn't look like Netflix has it.

I love the original Star Trek series and never could really get into any of the later series such as Next Gen. Possibly I've just been too stubborn to try.
