Inc.?

Heehee

Yeah, that's what I thought too. But I'm just transcribing the flier to OlyBlog...well, plus my little comment within brackets at the very end.

Maybe If

everyone knew what the menu was, they might be more inclined to buy tickets.  Can you share the menu with us all?

The menu

Here's what I remember, but I reserve them the right to change it.

Parmesan crusted chicken breasts
Garlic mashed potatoes
Veggies (I think it was corn with pearl onions)
Peach cobbler

There was talk of a fish option, of a curry chicken option, and there will definitely be a vegetarian option.

MMM!

I made parmesan crusted chicken with salad on top of it with a lemon vinegrette dressing poured over the salad & chicken just the other night!  It's yummy!

Camp Quixote, Inc.

The camp applied for and received state level non-profit status.  They've got articles of incorporation, bylaws, the full nine yards.  They've started working on 501c3.

I knew..

they were doing that, but Inc. still doesn't sound very appealing. If they are calling themselves that, I hope it was a camp decision.

I'm not sure the camp hears

I'm not sure the camp hears the same ideas in the word "corporation" as a certain anarchist (or myself) might.  They seem to take quite a bit of pride in their incorporated status, and I'm not going to get bent out of shape over semantics when they are so (rightly) pleased with their hard work.

I should note, too, that if

I should note, too, that if some items about the camp might give concern to a radical, some items would infuriate a conservative.  They've agreed to levy taxes on their own labor.  50 cents per hour to the camp, $1 per hour if the camp or hosting faith community landed the worker that particular job.  They've agreed to ask $11 per hour for their labor.

I've heard.

This is all good news.
