Submitted by Laurian on Mon, 06/16/2008 - 4:22am.The towers are about 25 feet tall holding a device that swivels in the wind. There are tubes of various lengths on the front of the part that swivels. The bottom end of the tube is plugged causing the tubes to resonate as wind blows over the open end. The sound the collective installment creates is low and haunting moan. It's a great soundtrack for a winter day.

The park that I mentioned which has the interactive sound displays is, if I remember correctly, part of a museum near Wellesly, MA.
This might be a good place to post about your art, as well.Don't eat meat, ride a bike...that's how you can brake global warming, the head of the United Nation's Nobel Prize-winning scientific panel on climate change said...
