Tears of joy

 enpen:

Your post brought tears to my eyes.

This week has been an emotional roller coaster for me, for various reasons, not discluding being "banned" from The Olympian comments for finally (and admittedly, stupidly) responding to someone that had been harassing me for about three weeks on that thread.  Yesterday, that person posted who he/she was and that he/she had accomplished what they set out to do - silence someone that they found to be different from them.

Such hatred as this can only be stopped when people speak up and unify in an effort to demonstrate the truth and their love of their community.

Those that opposed us would love to shout us down and find other ways of silencing that which makes them uncomfortable.

I again, extend my thanks to the others on olyblog for your patience, understanding, teaching and learning - making my life experience here wonderful.  A couple of days can make a lifetime of difference.
