Jun 8 2008 - 12:00pm Jun 8 2008 - 2:00pm Please plan to attend this year's Annual Membership Meeting of the Olympia Film Society. It will be one of the most important meetings in OFS history. The Bylaws Task Force has been hard at work for several months preparing proposals for bylaws changes that require your vote. Members must be present to vote. Sunday June 8 at Noon in the Capitol Theater. Proposed changes: #1. Allowance for membership voting outside of a meeting #2. Change in Board decision-making process #3. Board election by membership rather than sitting Directors Full text of proposed changes. |
