The attachment has the image in more detail. The text reads:

Avalon Theatre and Store Building

Architect's drawing of the new Avalon theatre building which is now being occupied by a number of Olympia merchants. The theatre proper will open Thursday evening. Below is a picture of the old corner. The buildings shown were removed to make way for the new structure which has improved the appearance of the corner considerably. The building was designed by Franklin Cox Stanton for the Casco company, Millard Lemon, president, builders.

A Guess

First thought that comes to mind: The Olympia Supply Building.

Nope

Clue#1. A bowling alley used to be a neighbor.

Oh this is a snap

It is on 4th Ave across from Jake's. In it's last incarnation it held Griswold's Office supply but now is a shell due to a fire.

Yup

I see I made this too easy for you, oh Formidable One.

Avalon burned

Sadly, fire took the theater down after Griswolds cleared out. An old timer told me that's where all the Tom Mix westerns played.  I crawled around in there once and they had a very old 35mm projection booth. There was a very unique platter for early sound films - where the soundtrack was played on an oversized record along side the film. OFS was dreaming about it as a possible 2nd venue before it was torched.
