One of my online classmates asked me the following: "I am organizing a lunch meeting in Olympia for four people and having trouble finding a place that will deliver a sandwich tray. Do you know of any delis that might deliver? It's in downtown Olympia, if that makes a difference." I walk home for lunch so I'm not real connected to this scene. Any suggestions/ideas?

I don't know of any place that delivers.

But the 5th Avenue Sandwich IS downtown and they could pick them up before the meeting.

Doesn't Meconi's

Doesn't Meconi's deliver?   They might want to give them a call.

Meconi's delivers

And rocks the socks off all sandwich shops in Olywa.
»

they do deliver

They do a very good job with delivery lunches. On some days better than actually going in there.

The Bread Peddler doesn't deliver.

But their sandwiches, I think, are better than Meconi's. Meconi's are really good, and better priced for my budget.

Elise's

There's Elise's, which isn't too far from downtown, up Capitol Way by Safeway. All they do is cater, but I don't know how big/small the orders have to be.

Thanks everyone

turns out the Bread Peddler does deliver so I forwarded their name along with Meconi's. The meeting is early next month. I hope to get some sort of review of the food.

Oh cool, good to know.

Thanks for posting the update.
