So, after a blissful month of living with my girlfriend, I've been dumped. I don't pretend to understand the motives, so I won't burden you with them.

Being that it is a large place she wants to continue being my friend, and wants me to continue living there. The first time she brought a guy home, I would feel a little weird. I would rather not be living here when she decides to do that.

With that in mind, I am apartment hunting. I don't need much, 1 bedroom is good, I'm not opposed to a 2 bedroom, and a studio is too small. Inexpensive is nice, and a dishwasher would be a huge luxury =) So if anyone knows anything please let me know.

Thanks.....sorry to make a long story long.

Apartment

What area do you prefer?

»

Really I'm not too picky there

I've lived out in SE Oly, I've lived on the west side, on the east side, currently out by evergreen.....I've even lived in Lacey *gasp*. I draw the line at yelm or Rainier though. Thanks

There are several apartments availble in my building

The Elks building is in downtown Olympia new to the Governor House. The Manager's name is Jessica Dale and she can be reached at 253 582 7368. If you mention my name and move in I get $300.00 smackers. PM me and I'll give you the straight dope on what it's like to live here.

Seconded

If I were a single guy in Olympia with a steady job and looking to live on my own, then I would get an apartment in the Elks building. The location is tough to beat. It's a sweet old building. And the location is tough to beat.

my house is 1 block from Filling Station, has a vacancy

my housemate is moving out on short notice, I need someone to take his room by August 1st. If you're interested I'd love to learn more about you or meet you, this weekend preferably We're having a rent increase soon, not sure how much but I'm guessing that the available room will shoot from $340/mo to $400? safe guess anyway. it's the nicest room, facing N and on the top floor of this 2-floor space contact me at bridean@gmail.com and I'll give you more info. Anyone who's interested will have to fit our reasonable, easy-going criteria. I'm vegan (some people like that, some people can't stand the fact vegans even exist so just puttin' that out there) and we're all extremely liberal, pretty close to anarcho folks who like an often-quiet, pretty green-leaning house with no TV allowed

That has Norms name all over it

Generous offer

I really appreciate the offer

Right now we've actually settled down a bit and have come to a decent understanding, so although I'm looking, it won't be quite that soon that I move.

Plus, I am definitely not the roommate that you would be looking for :) I own 2 tv's, I'm not very green, and I'm not very anarcho at all. I really do appreciate the thought though.

your welcome!

well actually I have just learned that our landlord is kicking our asses out so she can do some remodeling in our apartment. so we all have to move now and won't be seeking new housemates. siiiigh
