DNR regulations make it nearly impossible to anchor out more than 30 days at a time now. Of course if you can convince the city council to lease a section of tideland and sublet it to you, then you can put down an anchor long term...

I waited for the bus (which was rather late) and then finally walked to school. I was a half hour late to my first class!
