Summer Bock, Holistic Health Counselor & Herbalist, is announcing her Anti-Candida Cooking Class. Many people struggle with Candida overgrowth, which can affect so many areas of their life. This class is great for anyone who may have mental fogginess, chronic sinuses, chemical sensitivity, cravings for sweets and breads, low immunity, yeast problems, or even chronic tiredness, unfocused mental state, memory loss, and allergies-environmental and food sensitivities. Once incorporating these principles into the diet, most people lose excess weight, get mentally focused and clear, and experience improved moods and more energy.
