Mar 13 2008 - 6:30pm There is now a ongoing Thursday night Class at Yenny's. If you already have the basic skills listed below then this series may be for you. Thursday at 6:30pm on March 13th, 20th and 27th. We will continue to work with timing, techniques, listening, breathing and having fun. Well people are already signing up for the March sessions so the dates are Saturday March 15th, 22nd and 29th at 3pm.This will be at Yenney’s West Side Store 1404 Harrison Ave, Olympia. The cost for all 3 workshops is $35. In this introductory course we will cover... Listening Skills Simple Rhythmic Patterns Handing Techniques Drumming Etiquette Breathing Group Dynamics Drum Sounds Experiential Percussion Volume Tempo Polyrhythm Timbre Pitch Drum Tuning Please sign up early to avoid disappointment.
