45 years ago today President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas. My memories of this event have been shared in OlyBlog in the past, but I can't be the only Old Boomer in this crew. I'd like to read what some of you others might remember. Or even if you are younger, what thoughts you might have.

I have been seeing and hearing of a lot of opposition to the $700B bailout. I am interested in learning more about the reasons. bert From the description: President Bush says the $700 billion bailout of Wall St. necessary because he's worried about "Main St." Democrats say this plan has nothing in it for Main St. and needs changes. Ron Blackwell, Chief Economist at AFL-CIO says the neo-liberal policies of the last 35 years have failed. The exclusion of Kucinich from the Presidential Debate is a disservice to the American People.
