It's a sad commentary that the "defense" trade show is setting up its tent here in the Northwest. Spending our tax dollars on increasingly sophisticated tools of war, with the death and devastation they bring, is not the way to bring peace or to end terrorism. At least 73 exhibitors will be here to peddle their wares. Join us and the Chain Gang in Protest. There may also be an "inspirational address" from a corporate outreach representative from the Maximillion Bucks, Inc. political assaulting firm.

Let's give the Merchants of War a true Northwest greeting. Join us in Tacoma at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center Monday June 4th, 2:30-6pm with other actions to be announced! Let them hear us loud and clear: "We don't want your war wares here!"
