Apparently, keeping a door closed (and other creative solutions) can make a big difference. And, since youtube takes comments, they're off over here so you can comment over there. Also, I think he has a pretty valid point, the noise ordinance, isn't (like a lot of things) an either/or situation. It isn't we either have the noise rule or we have a vibrant music scene. The ordinance can actually create opportunity for inovative solutions to noise pollution. |
